Let me just say, even though this is a boutique hotel, the level of quality and service rivaled my stays at Ritz, Kimpton and Conrad. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Staff are extremely professional, truly western level of hospitality training, we always felt very taken care of at every moment. Burak in particular went above and beyond and really saved the day for us twice with his recommendations, what a great guy. If you're a couple - the beds are very comfortable and large, do not squeak or rock, all facilities look brand new, bathrooms are amazing and gels are high quality, *** the sound insulation is supreme ***, we never heard anyone else, even though the hotel was packed and there was a young couple next door. Compared to sultanahmet, where 2 hotels we stayed at advertised their rooms as "sound insulated", but we could hear the plumbing and people arguing next door... The rooftop restaurants were some of the best we had tried in the city (and we made sure to try a new $$$ resto every day of our visit). There are 3 decamondos; the one nearest the tower has the restaurant with the best view; you MUST get the turkish breakfast here, incredible quality fresh ingredients, incredible variety, it really made our mornings. Absolutely far superior to ALL the crappy 2nd rate breakfasts at all of the hotels in Sultanahmet/Fatih, just a completely different level. Absolutely stellar stay.

My favourite hotel in Istanbul. JUST LIKE IT PICTURES!; which is hard to say about most things here. Stylish, modern, organized and SUPER CLEAN. Has a beautiful rooftop with view, I love the staff uniform, every staff were helpful & pleasant. As is a boutique hotel feels nice coming down to same staffs everyday asking for your needs. Both managers at both buildings, Haleh & Ece spoke FLUENT ENGLISH, which has been rare to find in Turkey. I would stay there again and do highly recommend it. Location wise: you be walking distance of Metro; which can take you to most areas. Gálata area is beautiful, lots of cute cafes & restaurant and boutiques. You can easily walk up to İstiklal & taksım from the hotel. Sultanahmet (old town) is only two metro stops away. Great place to start your trip, specially if it’s your first time in Istanbul, you be in great hand, directed & supported to do all you want to do in the city. Anywhere from 5-10 nights should be enough to do most stuff around areas I mentioned.

The staff were so welcoming, kind and considerate especially Bedirhan and Korhan (hope I've got that right!) - something I really appreciated as it was my first holiday with my three year old son who was so excited and happy every time we entered the hotel! I particularly enjoyed breakfast and the food - so fresh, tasty and well presented! A really enjoyable stay, so much so that I recommended the hotel to my sisters who ended up coming to stay there for their last few nights in Istanbul! I also have to add that the location of the hotel was fantastic - easy walking distance to all the cool, unique places/areas surrounding Galata Tower and not far from the must-see tourist attractions!

the hotel design is exceptional, it looks nice on the outside and so stylish inside. the room was spacious and nicely furnished. view from the window was on the empty building, kind of sad, but there’s nothing to be done about it. the breakfast was plenty, although bear in mind to arrive earlier than 10am, because the cheeses were “tired” and the fruit was scarce at that time. we loved the crooked streets full of shops and cafes, and the magnificent Galata tower was just around the corner. terrace restaurant overooks the Bosphorous.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in Istanbul. The entire layout and design of rooms/ reception area and dining are fabulous. Quite hard to have access from the main road, it is very bumpy. Whatever they're calling 'parking' is tiny and not in standards. When we asked for our keys we were handed all keys they had, we weren't even asked to provide an id, room number etc. Shocking!!! But overall, staff were very polite and tried to help at their best.
